That's great!
I'm actually pre-product.. So, we need to interview users to define our ACP... It's more challenging.. But we are trying so! Thanks for the advice! -

Building something meaningful takes time, and every milestone counts. Ten engaged users today can become a hundred tomorrow with persistence. Success isn’t just about quick wins but steady growth and real impact.

Great post! I really appreciate how you break down the key design principles without just listing buzzwords. It's inspiring to see a focus on real user feedback and iterative refinement—two elements that truly make a product stand out. I'm curious, which unconventional design element ended up being the most transformative for your product?

Thank you! for me its less, 1 element and more of having a mix of really small different elements that built the product up. I tried to not use the webs "default" fonts like Inter, and played with a few fonts until I landed on Nunito and Lora. Also playing around with gradients and the nested grid effect on the landing page hero I feel elevated it compared to if i had left is as a solid color.

About
Peasy Analytics exists because most analytics tools are either too complex, invasive, or expensive for what they offer. I wanted something simple & privacy-friendly — without bloat

Congrats!
Someone is paying for something that you built. That must feel great :D
Hope to get there myself at some point O:)
I know, right?! What an awesome feeling.
Do you have a product of your own or just an idea at the moment?
I do have a product, but it is still very early. I am happy with just getting some more users for now.
And then hopefully, some of them will turn into paying customers at some point :D
Huge congrats on getting the money rolling! That first jump is always the most exciting—and often the most important. Thanks.
Congratulations
