The end-to-end workflow is the interesting part here. Curious whether businesses see the biggest value in removing tool-switching, or in giving customers a single place to follow the job after approving the quote.

Thanks Aryan! I think there are two sides to the value. For the business, it’s reducing the switching between spreadsheets, chat, quotation tools, and payment records. For the customer, it’s having one clear place to approve the quote and later follow the job without constantly asking for updates. I’m still early in validating which side resonates more strongly, but I suspect the customer-facing transparency could become one of the bigger differentiators. That’s something I’m paying close attention to as more businesses try QUFO.

That makes sense. The customer-facing transparency could be the more distinctive value if businesses start seeing it as something that reduces follow-up work as well.

That’s a great point. I originally thought of the tracking side mostly as a customer convenience, but reducing repetitive follow-ups for the business may actually be the stronger value. That’s definitely something I want to validate with early users. Thanks for the insight!

That’s an interesting shift. If reducing follow-up work proves stronger than the customer-facing convenience, that could give QUFO a much sharper business case.

Exactly. “Customer convenience” is useful, but “less follow-up work for the business” is much easier to connect to time saved and operational efficiency. I think that’s a stronger angle to validate with early users. Appreciate you helping me think through the positioning.
