The thing I'd be careful with is that improving deliverability and creating willingness to pay are not necessarily the same problem.
A founder can agree the tactic works and still not feel enough urgency to install another tool.
That sounds subtle, but it tends to affect who buys, when they buy, and what they believe they're paying for.
I wouldn't make that call casually in a thread.
