I'm a 22-year-old solo builder from Kathmandu, Nepal — I actually started out as a video editor/VFX supervisor for Nepali film productions, and got into building software mostly through AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Windsurf) over the past year.

The problem I kept running into:
Every time I found a genuinely good ChatGPT/Claude/Midjourney prompt, it'd end up buried in a random note, an old chat thread, or a screenshot I'd never find again. I'd rewrite the same prompts from scratch constantly. Figured other people probably had the same problem.

What I built:
Saveaiprompt — a free, community-driven AI prompt library. Browse prompts by category (writing, marketing, image, video, music), save the ones that work, submit your own. No login wall to browse, no paywall.

Stack:
Next.js 14, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers/Pages/R2 — kept it fully on Cloudflare's edge stack to keep costs near zero as a solo builder.

What's been hard:
Honestly, the technical build was the easy part. SEO/discoverability as a brand-new domain has been the real grind — indexed fine, but ranking for anything competitive takes real backlinks and authority, which take time when you're bootstrapping solo with no marketing budget. Currently working through directory submissions, content/blog, and getting the on-page fundamentals right.

What I'd love feedback on:

• Does the core idea (organized, searchable, free prompt library) solve a real pain point for you, or is this a "nice to have" nobody actually needs?

• Anything obviously missing from the homepage/UX?

• If you've dealt with the "new domain, zero backlinks" problem — what actually moved the needle for you early on?
