SharePDF
An app to host PDFs, share them as URLs, track analytics.
SharePDF now has 450 users. It went from 400 to 450 in about 11 days, the fastest 50-user jump so far.
Also, traffic from Google is slowly increasing. The site just hit 90 clicks in the last 28 days.
Just checked and learned that SharePDF has now crossed 400 users and it's growing rapidly. Tens of users are signing up for the service every week, and it's going great so far.
I have been doing some minor UX improvements over the last few weeks to make everything pixel perfect.

I have completely redesigned SharePDF including all the public as well as private pages. This time, I have paid more attention on improving the user experience and have added lots of tiny elements to make UX better.
Apart from this, SharePDF has also crossed 350 users.

I kept getting annoyed at how clunky it is to just send someone a PDF. Email attachments get buried, Drive links expose your whole folder and feel messy, and the free PDF hosts slap ads all over your document.
So I built SharePDF — upload a PDF (Word and PowerPoint auto-convert), copy a clean shareable link, and see who actually opened it: total views, which countries, and where the traffic came from. No ads, and the person opening it never has to create an account.
Today it crossed 300 users. 🎉
Two things that surprised me along the way:
"No viewer sign-up" matters more than I thought. You paste the link, it just opens. That tiny bit of zero-friction is what makes people share it again.
The analytics are the upgrade trigger. Once someone sees their proposal got opened 12 times across 3 countries, they want passwords, expiring links, and custom domains — which is exactly what the paid plan ($5/mo) unlocks.
Free to start with 5 PDFs. Built solo on Laravel + React.
Onwards to 1,000. If you send PDFs for work — proposals, decks, portfolios — I'd genuinely love your honest feedback. 🙏

SharePDF recently crossed 200 users, which feels like a nice milestone for a small, focused product. I am still keeping the positioning very simple: "Turn PDFs into clean links you can track."
For your information, SharePDF can do the following:
Upload a PDF.
Get a clean link.
Share it anywhere.
See if people open it.
We have also launched it today on ProductHunt, and would appreciate your support.

SharePDF has now touched the milestone of 100 users, and it feels so good. It took ~4 months to reach this milestone.

The first working version of SharePDF is now live, and all features are working as expected. Currently, it supports the following features:
PDF upload is correctly working, with proper sharing links
Shows view counts in dashboard whenever someone opens a shared PDF
PDF viewer has better controls now like jump to page, zoom in/out, fit to width, fit to page, rotate, etc. options.
Supports custom slug options for shared PDF URLs
I am still working on improving the performance and adding some more required features.

Sharing PDFs via cloud storage URLs is not very user-friendly so I created an easier and better way to share PDFs.
