Hi @rahudnainggolan, I checked out ShopSeek and really like how polished and intuitive the product feels; the concept is strong and easy to trust at first glance.
One UX copy thought: The homepage explains features clearly, but the emotional payoff could land faster. Right now, I understand what ShopSeek does, but the immediate user benefit (“why this saves me time/money right now”) takes a moment to click.
For example, instead of leading with feature language, a pain-first angle like:
“Stop wasting hours comparing products across multiple shopping sites.”
could help visitors connect with the value instantly.
I think showing one real example search, and recommendation result earlier, could also make the 'this is for me' moment hit much faster.
I help founders spot these clarity gaps in landing pages. I would be happy to share a few more observations if useful.
Hey Livian Olive, thank you so much, I really appreciate your feedback 🙌
I’m honestly reading your message sentence by sentence because it’s super insightful. You’re right, the point about leading with the pain and making the benefit instantly clear really makes sense. Thanks again for taking the time to share this. I’d love to hear more of your observations if you’re open to it!
Hi Rahudnainggolan, just wanted to follow up — I was thinking a bit more about ShopSeek after my earlier note.
One thing that stood out to me: for a first-time visitor, the experience feels very “feature-rich” early on, but the main win (saving time and making better buying decisions faster) takes a moment to really click.
I think even something simple like showing:
→ a quick “search → comparison → best pick” flow right upfront could make the value land much faster.
Have you noticed users exploring first before fully understanding what they can actually do with it?
Hey Livian Olive, really appreciate you following up
Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. I agree the main value doesn’t hit instantly yet I like your idea of showing a simple search → ai generate → best pick flow upfront, that could help a lot.
And yes, I’ve noticed some users explore first before fully getting it, so your point is spot on.
Thanks again for this, really helpful happy to hear more anytime!
Hey Rahudnainggolan, I’m glad that resonated, and I like where you’re going with it.
One thing that stood out more as I looked at it: the product actually does something quite powerful, but a first-time user has to explore to understand it, instead of seeing it instantly.
For example, the strongest moment seems to be:
→ searching → AI generating → landing on the best option
If that flow is visible upfront (even as a simple example), it removes a lot of thinking and makes the value obvious right away.
There are a couple more spots like this where small changes could make a big difference in how quickly users “get it.”
I can put together a quick breakdown of the main clarity gaps and what to fix first.
Thank you sir, I have fixed like simple input generate, thanks again for sharing your feedback
Hi Rahudnainggolan, I like following up where I see real potential and effort not being wasted.
I went through the updated product again ,and I can definitely see the direction you took with simplifying the flow. I was also curious, have you noticed any meaningful change in how users interact with the product since the last update?
As I kept exploring, I still noticed a few friction points worth checking on too.
The concept is genuinely interesting because it introduces a different way of shopping compared to normal search-based experiences. But I think the onboarding and UX still require a bit too much mental effort for first-time users.
At some points, I found myself trying to understand the system before fully experiencing the value.
If I were refining it without rebuilding everything, I’d probably:
• explain the concept visually upfront
• show a real example immediately
• reduce restrictions earlier in the experience
• guide the first interaction more
• simplify navigation
• and make it clearer why this is better than normal shopping
I think the idea has strong potential once the “thinking required” upfront is reduced a bit.
Hello sir, thank you sir
