March 7, 2020 Overnight Apocalypse, Anyone?

In March, our events business went up in figurative flames...as did just about every other events company I knew of.

COVID-19 hit the world hard and the events industry was one of the first to feel the weight of the blow.

We pivoted most of our team to a new project called Keep Your City Smiling thinking it would give us a few months of breathing room, but we had no idea events were going to be gone for a LOT longer than the spring.

December 31, 2019 $3,100,000 In Revenue

2019 was the best year we had. Events seemed to be at an all time high and marketing budgets flowed freely into in-person experiences which were growing in popularity and effectiveness.

We had big plans for 2020 and we proud to finish 2019 in such a strong way.

I've been building Snapbar for 8 years. It's my first profitable, bootstrapped business and I'm still working on it because I want to create one of the most trusted brands in events.
