About
I have flat feet — drugstore inserts never did much, and genuinely custom orthotics from a clinic ran into the hundreds of dollars ($400). Goal of this project is to make truly custom insoles affordable

I think the biggest challenge isn't convincing people the scan works—it's convincing them that a phone can replace what they've always associated with a clinic visit. The engineering gets you a great product, but the adoption hinges on crossing that trust gap. I'd spend as much time validating what creates confidence as improving the scan itself, because that's probably the real bottleneck.
