I built StackMemo because I couldn't keep track of all my services plans.
Four side projects. Domains on Cloudflare, DBs on Neon, hosting on Koyeb, payments on Stripe. Free plans across multiples emails One project I'd quietly abandoned six months earlier was still costing me $13 because of a domain renewal. I went to audit the rest and lost an entire Sunday to twelve dashboards and a spreadsheet that had stopped scaling around project #3.
So I built the dashboard I needed:
Every project on one screen. Status (idea / active / paused / abandoned), monthly cost, MRR.
Live KPIs synced from the providers you already use, GitHub stars, Stripe MRR, Cloudflare requests, etc...
Renewal radar - every domain, plan, and cert on a single timeline so nothing surprises you.
Public project pages - toggle what's visible (cost, revenue, stack) and ship a "build in public" page in 30 seconds.
It's working for my own stack today and sign-ups are open. What I actually want from this post is your stack.
