StoryBrick
Turn product features into listings that sell.
Hey Indie Hackers 👋 I kept hearing from people who sell online that writing product descriptions is one of the most tedious parts of running a store — especially when you've got dozens of similar items and every description starts sounding the same after a while.
So I built StoryBrick. You give it a product name, a few key features, who the product is for, and pick a tone (professional, friendly, luxury, or casual), and it generates a title, a full description, 5 key selling points, and an SEO meta description — all in about 10 seconds.
Built it with Lovable, Supabase, and OpenAI. It's live right now, but I haven't had any real users try it yet — I've been figuring out distribution as I go (turns out that's harder than building the thing).
I'd genuinely love for a few of you to try it on a real product and tell me honestly if it's useful, confusing, or solving a problem nobody actually has. Brutal feedback welcome — that's more valuable to me right now than a compliment.
Happy to answer anything about the stack, the pricing thinking, or what I'd do differently if I started over.
About
Sellers spend way too much time writing product descriptions that all sound the same. I built StoryBrick to generate a full listing. No users yet, mainly here for honest feedback.
