    The claims use case is compelling because the value only becomes obvious when something goes wrong. Curious whether people are willing to maintain the inventory before they ever need it, or whether the product mostly becomes valuable after an incident.

      I would think the product would be valuable before that because you can literally list ANYTHING you have ... not just appliances but you could literally list all of your books and anything else that you could potentially lose in disaster. You can also create QR code labels for everything so you can organize totes and then barcode them for inventory management. Once a disaster hits, the little bit of money you spent on the upgraded plan pays off in dividends because you'll be able to get your claim paid faster having proper documentation. Just need to figure out how to market to more people and actually get people to sign up and pay! :|
