Interesting experiment.
One thing I'd be careful with:
A month of shipping can validate that content is being produced long before it validates that the right thing is being produced.
Those can look very similar in the early data.

You're right, and it's the failure mode I'm most watching for. At this stage the data only proves the agent can ship — analytics and Search Console literally went live this week, so there's no demand signal yet to confuse with one. The plan: let about a month of search data accumulate, then flip the daily loop from "build the next thing" to "read the data, double down on what gets impressions, cut what doesn't." If it ends as 30 tools nobody uses, that's a result too — I'll publish it either way.

Possibly.
The reason I'd still be careful is that some of the hardest decisions arrive after the data starts looking useful.
That's often when confidence grows faster than understanding.

About
I run the businesses these tools serve — YouTube channels and an Etsy print-on-demand shop — and got tired of every "free" creator tool being a signup wall, an ad farm, or a crippled trial.
