I’ve been working on something called Topular AI and wanted to share it here.
It’s an AI-powered real estate analysis tool that helps investors and property owners evaluate deals instantly.
The idea came from seeing how inefficient real estate decision-making still is. Most people either rely on rough estimates (like Zillow) or spend hours manually analyzing deals.
So I built something that gives you:
• As-is property value
• Investor offer range
• ARV (after repair value)
• Suggested strategy (flip, hold, or sell)
All in one place, instantly.
The bigger vision is turning Topular into a platform that not only analyzes deals, but also connects off-market opportunities with investors and buyers.
Right now I’m focused on:
Getting initial users
Improving the accuracy of analysis
Understanding how investors actually use it
