VARWEE

We have been working with a homeschooling group of 500 to get their input on the concept and storyboard ideas for the game and parent's virtual office.

We got a lot of great feedback as well as some additional ideas to add to the virtual office. Majority of the participants in our surveys and reviews are really excited about this product and are wanting to sign up to be beta testers. :D

We completed the user stories and story map for the educational data base and the parent virtual office. This really helped us focus on our ideal users and their needs. It also helped us flush out some other areas and data bases that need to be mapped out as well.

This week we listened to the audible book of DotCom Secrets by Russell Brunson. And started working on the 30-day DotCom Secret Challenge. It has really helped clarify and identify our dream client to create our user avatar that has also helped us with our user map for the programmers.

Using monday.com we started mapping out our offers and what products we wanted to release first in order to build the community to launch VARWEE virtual office.

This week we started looking at how we are going to market VARWEE and build the VARWEE community.

We have decided to learn from #Russell Brunson on sales funnels for our marketing campaign and ordered his #TheSecretsTrilogy.com course as well as take the #onefunnelawaychallenge.com

This week we have done a lot of tweaking on the website. We got a new Wordpress theme that we believe will give a better look for our site.

We started working on a course that will teach parents how to use the virtual office that we will be using to promote the virtual office launch.

1- After a long wait due to COVID-19, VARWEE Inc. corporate documents are completed and VARWEE Inc is official!
2- VARWEE.com is up
3- We signed contracts with a programming company that will have the virtual home educational office & record keeping app for launch this fall 2020.

We completed the varwee.com landing page, including logo design and social links, with the basic information about
VARWEE. It's a baby step for us but we are excited to have it done!

We have the logo on the facebook page and are now up to 97 likes and 94 followers in the last week. We started our twitter account yesterday and look forward to building a following there as well.

This is a great start to an amazing adventrue!

This is one of the assignments of the yen.camp that I completed today! I look forward to learning from others and seeing what they are accomplishing while developing and moving forward with VARWEE. :D
