Veora
AI revenue partner that finds deals and acts on them

Quick context. We started Veora in June, three founders. Three months in: $14k revenue, about $60k ARR.
What Veora is. Not a sales tool with a chatbot on top. Veora is an AI revenue partner and we treat her as one: she has a name, a face, opinions, and she is the one working your revenue. She reads your email, meetings, chats and network, finds the deals hiding there and acts on them. You stay in control, she does the work. Same personality on our X account, in the product and in how we talk about her. She isn't Veora's mascot. She is Veora.
How the first three months actually went:
-
We ran Veora on ourselves first. Plugged in our own inboxes and networks and let her go through every first-degree connection we had. That is how we tested the first hypotheses: who replies, who books a call, who pays. Zero cold outbound at the start.
-
Design partners before customers. The first deals were design partner deals: lower price, weekly calls, they shaped the roadmap. Best call we made, it kept us from building for an imaginary user.
-
Going wide was a mistake. We took anyone with a sales problem. Everyone was a bit happy, nobody was very happy. Then we narrowed to founder-led sales: founders who sell themselves and have no time for CRM hygiene. That is when the value got obvious and revenue turned recurring instead of one-off.
-
Founders are still a big audience, so we keep slicing. Right now we are doing customer development calls with narrower ICPs inside founder-led sales to find the segment where the pain is sharpest.
-
Distribution now: X, Reddit, GEO (getting recommended by ChatGPT and Claude when someone asks for sales tools). Most of it we run through Veora herself, a big part of the product is agents automating exactly this kind of work. Next up we want to test paid marketing and see if it holds against organic.
-
Selling to agents, not only to humans. llms.txt, pricing an AI assistant can read, and we are listed in Stripe's agentic commerce catalog so an agent can buy a plan on behalf of a founder. Early, no data yet, but we think a chunk of SaaS buying goes this way.
Happy to answer anything about founder-led sales, design partners or selling to agents.

$14k in three months makes the narrowing thesis credible. Within founder-led sales, what customer pattern is now separating the strongest retention from the merely interested?
On retention we are just observing for now, very much waiting for that data. Veora is an agent that sells, she finds the prospects, runs the outreach, follows up and books the calls. So for now we watch whether she put deals on the table in the first couple of weeks.
The pattern we see: the founder actually hands her the work. Connects the channels, gives her the network, approves her actions instead of reviewing every message by hand. Those get results in week one.
The “founder hands over the work” pattern is the strongest signal so far. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?
