I'm Fabio, solo builder of Vitaebase.

Every "longevity" site I found was either selling something or citing studies loosely. So I built the thing I actually wanted: a map where every intervention is graded by its real evidence strength and potential impact, sourced straight from PubMed — not vibes, not affiliate links.

My actual inspiration was Marc Lous webpage about produce being mapped for longevity and pesticides. So i expanded on this and just built something for 3 weeks for Longevity as a whole.
