Voza Transcribe
Turn any voice into clear text in minutes.
I just put Voza Transcribe live today. No users yet, no revenue, no testimonials. Just a tool I made and a URL.
I built the first version in two weekends — one to get the core flow working, one to clean it up and put it online. The reason I built it: I wanted to make something that actually saves people time. A lot of transcription tools out there make you click through upsell modals, sign up for accounts, or hit usage limits before you've finished your first file. I wanted to make one that just works.
That's the whole pitch.
What it does
Upload an audio or video file
Get a transcript with speaker labels
Export as docx (or just copy the text)
No signup wall. Free tier works without a credit card. Paid plans exist but the free tier isn't a trial — it's actually usable for short files.
Who it's for
Anyone who's ever had to type up something that was already spoken. Interviews, meetings, lectures, voice memos, podcast drafts.
What it looks like under the hood
(Listed because it's fact, not because it's a flex — feel free to delete this whole section if you don't want it)
Web app built with TanStack Start + React 19
Transcription runs on AssemblyAI
Backend deploys to Cloudflare Workers
Database is Drizzle on Turso
File uploads go to Cloudflare R2
It started from a full-stack template that already had auth, payments, storage and i18n wired up — I replaced the business layer. That decision alone probably saved me a month of plumbing work.
What I actually need
Day 1 is the hard part. I'm not asking for hype, I'm asking for first users.
If you try it:
Tell me what's broken or confusing. Landing page, upload flow, export — whatever feels off. I'd rather hear "the upload button is unclear" than "great product!"
Tell me what feature would make you actually pay for it. I have guesses, but I'd rather hear yours.
Free to use
No card. 30 min/month free. If the free tier is too small for what you need, ping me and I'll bump it.
About
I'm a solo founder, no funding, no team. I don't build things to "capture markets" — I build things that I'd personally pay $10/mo for, then I see if anyone else shows up.

The two-week build is impressive, but the more interesting part is the deliberate “no signup wall” choice. Curious what you learn from the first users about where the real willingness to pay sits beyond basic transcription.
