I just launched Teanc (theweeklywrap.online) — a small set of free PDF tools: turn images into a PDF, merge multiple PDFs, compress one, or export pages as JPG.
The twist: everything runs client-side, in your browser tab. No file ever leaves your device. Most "free PDF tools" quietly upload your document to their server to process it — I wanted something you could actually trust with a scanned contract or ID.
Tech-wise it's dead simple: static HTML/JS, pdf-lib and pdf.js doing the heavy lifting, no backend, no database for the tool itself. That also means it costs almost nothing to run.
This actually started as a pivot — I had a different SaaS product that wasn't gaining traction, and repurposed the domain/infra into this instead. Sometimes the smaller, more focused idea is the one that sticks.
Right now I'm at zero traffic/zero SEO history (brand new to search engines), so genuinely looking for:
Feedback on the tool itself — anything broken, confusing, or missing?
Thoughts on monetization — thinking AdSense for now, maybe a "Pro" tier later (batch processing, no ads) rather than a dev-facing API, since the audience here is casual users, not developers

Been staring at my WeeklyWrap landing page and realized
it had some credibility issues I needed to fix.
What I changed:
❌ Removed "Loved by thousands" — I have 0 paying users.
Changed to "Built for freelancers who value their time."
❌ Removed features that don't exist yet — Time Tracking Sync,
Custom Automations. Replaced with features that actually work:
Client Portal, One-Click Email Delivery.
❌ Removed the fake demo video button — it went nowhere.
✅ Added Founding Member banner at the top of every page —
$79 lifetime access, 12 spots remaining.
✅ Updated testimonials to describe real features.
The lesson: honesty converts better than hype.
Visitors can smell fake social proof instantly.
I'd rather have 10 people who trust me
than 1000 who bounce because something felt off.
Still pre-revenue. Still building.

The biggest risk I see isn't distribution—it's positioning. Looking through your posts, WeeklyWrap has been presented as an AI reporting tool, a freelancer productivity tool, and even a private social app. If the market has to keep relearning what WeeklyWrap is, distribution gets much harder. I'd lock one painful problem first and let every post reinforce that same story.
The plan: post daily for 30 days.

I recently launched WeeklyWrap, a private social app designed around a simple idea:
Most social networks reward constant posting, scrolling, and engagement.
WeeklyWrap does the opposite.
Users create private groups with friends or family and share just one video or audio update per week. The goal is to help people stay connected without the noise, pressure, and distraction of traditional social media.

The biggest challenge so far isn't building the product—it's convincing people that "less social media" can actually be more valuable than "more social media."

This week I fixed a brutal 504 middleware timeout that was taking down the whole site. Turns out Supabase on the free plan pauses after inactivity and the middleware was hanging waiting for a response. Moved to cookie-based session detection and the site came back instantly.
Also shipped this week:
Google OAuth fully working
Send to Client modal with real email via Resend
Notifications saved to Supabase
Timezone and currency per user
Delete account now cancels Stripe subscription automatically
The boring infrastructure stuff nobody sees but everything breaks without it.
Still pre-revenue. Still building. Still learning.

Read through WeeklyWrap's homepage.
Feels like the texts explain what the product does pretty well, but visitors may understand the features more clearly than the problem it solves.
Had a few ideas while reading through it.
Happy to send them over if useful.
WeeklyWrap started as a personal tool. I was billing $X/hour but losing 3 hours every Friday on unpaid admin — writing the same client status update, reformatting it, sending it manually.
So I automated it.
v2.0 adds AI-generated summaries, one-click email delivery to clients, performance charts, custom branding per client, and dark mode.
Still early. No revenue yet. But the product is real and people are using it.
Biggest lesson so far: ship ugly, talk to users, iterate fast. The version in my head was 10x more complex than what I actually needed to build.
