Mounjaro Price Comparison & AI Visibility for UK pharmacies

Visit Website
April 2, 2026 I built a UK Mounjaro price comparison platform — here’s what I learned about transparency, trust and building in a regulated niche

People in UK Facebook groups, Reddit communities and Mumsnet threads regularly ask: “Where can I compare Mounjaro prices?”

The same dose can cost £50+ more depending on the pharmacy, but comparing prices—and checking the evidence behind each provider—has always been unnecessarily difficult.

So I built PharmacyScore.co.uk.

PharmacyScore now compares published Mounjaro and Wegovy prices across more than 120 UK pharmacy and provider websites. Every listed price includes its original source and the date it was checked.

The platform also brings together useful provider evidence, including GPhC registration and inspection information, services offered and independent pharmacy profiles. It remains neutral: pharmacies cannot pay to improve their public score, evidence or position.

Behind the scenes, an automated daily collection process checks provider-owned pages and validates the data before it can be published.

What I’m learning:

• Go where the questions already exist. Useful, factual contributions to relevant communities can reach people much earlier than waiting for SEO alone.

• Price tables alone aren’t enough. People also need clear methodology, source links, dates and context to decide whether the information is trustworthy.

• Neutrality matters in regulated markets. Commercial relationships should never influence public evidence, scores or default ordering.

Next up: improving price-change alerts, expanding pharmacy evidence profiles and developing tools that help pharmacies understand how accurately they appear across search and AI platforms.

PharmacyScore is an independent comparison and software platform. It does not recommend a medicine, pharmacy or treatment.

I’d love to hear from anyone else building comparison or transparency tools in regulated industries.

UK online pharmacies charge wildly different prices for the same weight loss medications — sometimes £50+ difference for the same Mounjaro pen.
