Every team needs video calls. But when we looked around, the options all had the same problem:

Enterprise tools came with pricing built for companies way bigger than ours, features we'd never touch, and a setup process that felt like signing up for a bank loan.

Free tools were fine until they weren't — time limits mid-meeting, no real security, and definitely nothing you'd want to put your name on for a client call.

So we built WeMeet.

It's browser-based — no downloads, no plugins, just open a link and you're in. HD video and audio, up to 50 people per meeting, end-to-end encryption, and a waiting room so you control who gets in.

A few things we cared about getting right:

• Real security, not just a checkbox. Passcode-protected meetings, encrypted calls, secure authentication.

• AI meeting summaries. Every call gets a transcript and an auto-generated summary of key topics, decisions, and action items — so nobody's stuck re-listening to a recording to remember what was agreed.

• White-labeling. If you're an agency or consultant, you can run client meetings under your own brand, not "powered by WeMeet."

• Webhooks. If you're building on top of it, session-end events fire out with duration, participants, and host info, so it plugs into your own CRM or billing.
