Making mindfulness fun and way 'chill'er than Netflix
Got super active on a bunch of platforms... Crickets.
Which is okay. I'm learned enough to understand that it's going to be shitty at first. Hoping I'd learn and course-correct on my approach to content and managing.
Yet to win:
– The content game on linkedin
– The content game on Twitter
– Talking to the audience 1-1
– Creating some resources for the audience
– Setting up the landing page
Wins:
– Found someone to bounce off ideas with. Happened quite coincidentally; looks like it'd be a good support and feedback loop to bounce through faster.
– Figured out that even the smallest goals need to be penned down. Used to keep a score only the big ones previously.
– Pretty much overcame the resistance of posting on critical social media platforms.
Any ideas on how to make improvements here?
Not sure where I'm going with this, but here's why I'm writing here:
-
To see if I can post daily updates as I try to build something. If it helps even a single person later, that'd be great!
-
Force myself to reflect and put what I learned or built down on paper.
-
Start the habit of writing. It's been a while :)
First goal: Set my social handles so I can document the journey in Public.
Second goal: Design a 7-email sequence about the subject.
Okay. See you next week!

About
The goal is to make mindfulness un-boring, cool, un-serious and bring it to those who are ambitious and like to have fun. Meditation transformed my life, and I wish to see if I can make it 'chill'er than Netflix.

Good luck! It is my current road block too!
I didn’t market my SaaS before launching it thinking “people are gonna sign up in the mailing list then unsubscribe later on, so let me just get them at launch when there is an actual something”.
Well…. I launched, posted a bit everywhere and I had so many crickets, I thought I was in Thailand!
