Marina here, solo founder of Xtrem Reboot (https://xtremreboot.com/). It's a holistic, AI-powered ecosystem for active digital nomads, expats, athletes and their families. We're designed to solve the real struggle of finding curated sports/wellness activities, essential lifestyle services, and genuine community while living abroad, all personalized to your unique needs.

My personal journey: As an active mom and IT pro living overseas, I experienced firsthand how challenging it is to maintain an active life and connect with like-minded people in a new country. This project is my solution.

Current progress: I recently launched our MVP landing page with a user survey. We've been seeing encouraging early organic interest with hundreds of visits already (zero paid ads!). This initial traction validates a keen market interest, and we're actively gathering insights through the survey.

I'm currently focused on onboarding our first service providers in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and getting those initial paid bookings.
