What would meaningfully differentiate Zenframe from existing tools like Notion, Google Calendar, Cozi, or Apple Family? The space already feels quite saturated, so it seems like you’d need a strong, non-obvious advantage to stand out.
Also curious about the cognitive load aspect — combining everything for an entire family into a single system sounds powerful, but could it also become overwhelming over time? Even managing personal tasks across a few tools can get messy. How are you thinking about preventing that at the family level?
Thanks for the feedback! This is the same thing that I have encountered, and I have recieved similar feedback from others. My main take on this is that I am building the building blocks (Nearly there) and are now also including a self learning assistant that is controlling all the aspects of the app, so that you don't have to go into the different modules if you don't want to. This will also be voice activated
I am also working on integrations to the other systems such as Siri, Bixby, google home and Alexa. This way the main unit should be simmilar to google home unit, but feel more like an upgrade as it includes several other features and becomes a lot smarter for the user to use.

I allready have some early users testing it now, and they have been quite feature oriented. Now the set of features are are almost in place(V1.0 at least), and I am working more on refining the features, making them more intuitive. I am learning a lot from the early users, especially in what they expect to happen.
Other than that I have been working setting up SEO and other distribution channels, as well as I am recieving the prototype for hardware early next week. This is a product that is avaiable in UK and US, but I haven't managed to find a good EU product yet.
I'm building Zenframe to simplify family life. Planning today is spread across calendars, tasks, school apps, and messages. Zenframe brings everything into one calm system for families.

Love the concept — especially the idea of reducing digital noise for families, that’s a real problem.
I think your biggest opportunity early on is positioning this as a ‘calm alternative’ to overloaded apps, rather than just another planning tool.
Also, targeting a specific type of family (busy parents, remote-working families, etc.) could help you get your first users faster.
