Hey, congrats on the launch — this is a great problem to tackle.

I'm the founder of Zarek ([zarek.tech](https://zarek.tech/)), an AI agent that runs the launch side of SaaS products on autopilot. I actually ran Zugrow (an AI-powered short-term rental platform) through Zarek to see what a real launch roadmap looks like — here's a condensed version of what it produced:

    Channel 1 — Reddit (r/airbnb, r/realestateinvesting)
    > "We built AI agents that answer guest messages, vet bookings, and reprice listings while you sleep — 0% commission on direct bookings. Happy to share what we learned."

Channel 2 — Indie Hackers post
    > "How we replaced a full-time VA with AI agents for our short-term rental portfolio — and what broke first."

Channel 3 — Cold outreach to property managers
    > "Hi [Name], saw you manage X listings on Airbnb. We sync calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo automatically — no more double bookings. Mind if I show you a 2-min demo?"

Channel 4 — Direct booking site SEO
    > "Best direct booking tools for Airbnb hosts [2026]" — targets hosts trying to escape OTA commissions.

Each step had timing, tone, and a specific CTA — all generated and scheduled automatically.

This is interesting. The core challenge here is essentially an API orchestration problem — a unified layer across Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, plus AI agents processing the data.

How have you found the unification layer? Any pain points around differing data formats for property status, or API rate limits across platforms?

A few issues initially, Airbnb for example like to gate keep a lot of useful data which would have made the whole thing a lot easier!

Zugrow is in a super valuable niche. Would you be interested in a live video review? I'll record my realtime reactions and feedback. Helps you see where people are getting confused in the product experience.

The Suggest mode is an interesting detail, especially for something making booking and pricing decisions. Curious whether hosts are more comfortable adopting the agents for communication first or operational decisions.

About

Zugrow came from seeing smaller hosts priced out by expensive software. With my software delivery experience and Airbnb portfolio, I saw emerging AI agents as a way to save hosts time without the high cost.
