Depends what you want to do.
Maybe some building blocks could be done using done automation or scraping tools. But code free?
What do you want to build? I have experience in building chrome extensions so maybe I could point you in a good direction

Looks easy enough with some code...but yeah, a drag-and-drop visual editor, plus some workflow automation tools like Zapier/IFTTT/Integromat would be nice.
