Conversion = Desire - (labor + confusion)

I had an amazing feedback session today! One that I didn't even know I needed. Kind of ironic when you think about it, as I'm building a video feedback platform for us builders lol.

What was meant to be just 10 minutes turned into 44 minutes of pure gold. Huge shoutout to Charlie Coppinger (https://x.com/TheCoppinger) for taking the time to give such valuable feedback!

I think we all know what it feels like but sometimes we just can't see the forest for all the trees. Charlie touched on a few things I already knew could be improved but then he dropped the Conversion Equation from Julian Shapiro (https://www.julian.com/guide/startup/landing-pages).

I thought I had already cut a lot of noise to make signup and onboarding as simple as possible, but turned out we could make it even more simple!

So that's the next milestone for PeerPull. Cut as much as possible to make registration and first AHA moment as simple, frictionless, laborless, and clear as humanly possible! Can always add on more later!
