Woke up to 12 new users this morning. Our AI agents closed them while I slept.

4 days ago we deployed fully autonomous outbound agents.

Since then: 50+ users onboarded. Zero manual work from me.

The shift:

Before: I'd wake up, check analytics, see maybe 1-2 signups if I was lucky. Felt like rolling a haystack through the desert.

After: I wake up to customer DMs asking questions about features. The agents already sold them.

What changed:

LeadSynth AI used to just find leads from Reddit/X/LinkedIn conversations. You'd still have to manually reach out.

Now? The agents do the entire loop:

  • Monitor conversations 24/7

  • Detect buying intent in real-time

  • Draft contextual replies

  • Post outreach automatically

  • Start conversations while you sleep

Not AI-assisted. Fully autonomous.

The numbers since deploying agents:

  • 50+ users onboarded in 4 days

  • 89K+ total leads processed

  • Outreach happening every hour, automatically

  • Customer conversations starting without me touching anything

What I learned:

Founders don't want tools. They want outcomes.

"AI-powered lead finder" → meh, another tool to manage

"Wake up to new customers" → shut up and take my money

The product that sells itself wins.

What's next:

Fundraising prep while the agents run growth. The irony isn't lost on me - using autonomous agents to sell a product about autonomous agents.

If you're tired of manual prospecting, this is it: leadsynthai.app

Building in public. Revenue numbers coming soon.

  3. 3

Not surprised I subscribed to your platform after your previous post and business is growing now used to be no traction now its changing for once. Thank you man.

    1. 3

Same. Its really changed how things are for me as a founder.

    2. 2

Thank you man, glad you are seeing true ROI from it.

Gaining 12 new users overnight shows how effective automated AI agents are. They work 24/7, handle tasks instantly, and help you scale without manual effort even while you sleep.

    1. 1

Exactly, let me know what you think if you try it out

This is a fantastic write-up. That shift from an "AI-powered lead finder" (a tool) to "waking up to new customers" (an outcome) is the breakthrough insight.

I'm curious, how has this pivot to an "outcome-based" model changed your thinking on pricing? It seems much more valuable than a simple per-seat tool.

    1. 1

Yeah I mean due to the value of the outcome we charge a higher price but if you think of it the price is affordable compared to the ROI received from the platform

That “agents running growth while you prep for fundraising” line really got me. The irony is hilarious — and honestly, it shows you’re a born marketer. The way you frame the story makes the whole thing click instantly.

  7. 2

You are getting somewhere man, breakthrough is coming soon for you I feel it. Goodluck.

  8. 1

    wow that’s really useful

Congrats! always wild the first time the product grows while you're asleep.
The real test now is retention.

What’s the first task your users complete that makes them stick?
I’m obsessed with finding that moment in my own SaaS right now.

    1. 1

I think you have to show them value early on, thats how they stick

Incredible results, congrats! My question is about the "contextual replies" – how much work went into ensuring the agents aren't perceived as spammy? Getting that tone right so it actually starts a conversation (and doesn't just get blocked) seems like the real magic here. Awesome work!

Lots of work tbh, like now my account has sent 2K+ messages on Reddit and still going, not banned at all

    Do complete monthly geo, aeo,

local and off page seo link building

    for ai search

Al + GEO Monthly Optimization Service

If you're not optimizing for Al SEO, GEO, and AEO, you're

missing the future of search. Al tools and search engines

are now giving users direct answers and your website

needs to be part of those results.

I offer a complete monthly optimization service that blends

traditional methods with modern Al optimization, GEO

(Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine

Optimization). This helps your site gain higher visibility,

attract quality traffic, and strengthen brand authority.

    What You'll Get:

•Steady growth in traffic from Google+ Al-powered engines

•More leads, inquiries, and brand trust

•Technical fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl

    issues)

•High-DA backlinks, organic signals, and Ahrefs DR growth

•Increase DA (Domain Authority) and credibility with quality

    link-building

voice-based searches helping you stay ahead of bigger

    Competitors.

      Thank you for the advice!

This is the shift everyone’s chasing right now. Tools are pointless if you still have to babysit them. Full-loop automation is the only thing that actually moves the needle.

The part I’m curious about is quality control. Autonomous outreach can go sideways fast if the intent detection isn’t tight. You seeing any weird replies or is it holding up?

    1. 1

its holding up because we automate to the highest quality leads obtained we have thresholds we monitor which we send based upon
