People tend to say nice things to you to make you happy. The real feedback comes from actual paying users.
Things to consider:
Is it something as simple as showing the wrong price? I notice that when I first look at pricing, it shows $200 lifetime (feels like a lot of $) vs. the $8/mo pricing.
Do you have active users? Are they stuck when trying to pay for the product?
Are you solving a problem with no money in the market – what if you talk to some users and say you will kill the product since there's no revenue. What's their reaction?
