Bremma
The weekly meeting system for couples.
The title says it - I've felt that we've been a little vague in our messaging for Bremma. We launched as the operating system for relationships. Personally, I really liked this tagline, but the feedback we received was mostly confusion around what exactly Bremma is. Overall, I think we've been trying to sell too many small features, rather than focusing on our core feature.
So, our most recent update is all about simplicity. The core feature of Bremma is The Weekly - a weekly meeting that you and your partner do together each week. Bremma collects all the important conversations, tasks, goal progress, & life updates, so that when you sit down with your partner for The Weekly, it's all there and ready to discuss.
To really simplify our messaging, we are rebranding to:
The weekly meeting system for couples.
When people ask me to explain Bremma in person, that's exactly I describe it. It's easy to understand, people can recognize the value, and quickly think about how that might work for their relationship.
We are hopeful this small change will simplify our messaging, to amplify our growth.
Would love to hear your thoughts! If you've made any branding/messaging changes for your product, how did it go?
Bremma faces a tough acquisition problem. It's a relationship app, which means both partners need to sign up and actually use it together. Most acquisition channels can get you one person. Getting both at the same time is a whole different challenge.
So we're trying something a little different. Couples therapists already have both people in the room. When they recommend a tool, both partners hear it at the same time from someone they already trust. That feels like a much warmer entry point than running ads and hoping one person drags their partner along.
My wife Emma is a licensed therapist, so we have some natural credibility in that world. We built out a therapist network at bremma.io/therapist-network-directory, created an application process, and already have two therapists signed up. Super early and we're still figuring out how to turn all of this into actual paying users.
Curious to hear from anyone on how they found their first paying users. Any unusual methods that really moved the needle?

My wife Emma and I created a system for our relationship. A structured weekly meeting we called The Weekly. We'd cover how we're doing, what's coming up, and anything we needed to work through. It genuinely changed things for us.
We always thought it would be cool to have an app to run it. Then I found Lovable. No coding background, no prior experience. Just started building. Shared it with a few people and they actually wanted to use it. So we made it official and launched Bremma.
Bremma is a relationship app built around proactive habits, not reactive fixes. Most relationship apps exist for when things go wrong. Bremma is for couples who want to stay connected before it gets to that point.
It's built around The Weekly, a structured meeting couples do together each week, plus tools to build real shared understanding over time.
Emma is a licensed therapist and brings the clinical credibility behind how Bremma is designed. I come from a business background and built the product. We use it ourselves every week.
If you're building in the relationship or wellness space, or just curious, happy to connect.
