Hey hackers, so we launched our intro to web3 course and now we're ready to go full-on marketing. this isn't our core product, but a teaser.
We're using teachable to host all our courses and I love the platform. Let's see how this goes on. Metana is WILDDDD!
We started off with "SKillup" a front end dev BootCamp. We read "the mom test" book and started talking to hundreds of users. How we find these users are we posted job advertisements looking for ENTRY LEVEL front end devs and asked them questions.
Soon we understood this isn't what we want to teach in our Bootcamp and then our advisor was complaining he's having a hard time finding blockchain devs. We start talking to potential blockchain devs and pivoted our start to a blockchain dev BootCamp.

80 cohorts is serious experience - curious what patterns you’ve seen in how learners engage over time.
In a lot of cohort-based programs I’ve looked at, people don’t explicitly drop out - they just gradually disengage after the initial momentum fades.
Have you noticed specific moments where that shift tends to happen, especially with non-technical learners?
Don't get me wrong I like the idea, but I still believe that to an extent you still need to have a certain degree of tech knowledge. The amount of vibe-coded apps I saw with very high security risks, and poorly coded is incredible
