At Share Accounts, we love helping you save on your digital subscriptions, and now we want to reward you for recommending our platform too.
That's why we've launched the new rewards system, which allows you to earn balance automatically every time you invite a friend.
How does it work?
It's very simple:
1️⃣ Go to the "Rewards" section of your account.
2️⃣ Copy your invitation link and share it with your friends or family.
3️⃣ When your friend registers with your link and completes a payment in a group with secure payments, both of you will receive a 1 $ balance reward.
Yes, you read that right:
1 $ for you and 1 $ for your friend.
No raffles or complicated conditions.
What can you do with that balance?
The balance you receive automatically accumulates in your account and is used intelligently to pay your next subscriptions.
You don't need to do anything: the system applies the credit automatically when your next payment arrives.
Additionally, you can see your rewards history and available balance at any time from the Rewards section of your account.
Sharing makes you save (even more)
We know that many users already use Share Accounts to split costs of Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Apple Music and many other platforms.
Now, in addition to saving by sharing, you can earn real balance that is applied directly to your subscriptions.
💡 The more friends you invite, the more balance you accumulate.
There's no limit: every valid invitation counts.
Basic rules
The invitation link is available in the Rewards section of your account.
The invitee must complete at least one payment of 3 $ or more in a group with secure payments.
Each pair (inviter/invitee) receives 1 $ of automatic balance.
The balance can only be used within Share Accounts, to pay for subscriptions or future groups.
It is not transferable or redeemable outside the platform.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working hard to improve Share-Accounts both functionally and visually. Here’s a summary of the key updates that are now live on the platform:
Platform Improvements
Google OAuth login is now available.
Internal messaging upgrades: messages can now include links, there are new notifications when someone is removed from a group, and header formatting has been improved.
Enhanced email notifications (e.g. when removing a member).
Support for more services: you can now share Kindle Unlimited, ChatGPT, and Filmin.
Translations added for German and French.
Minor fixes: sitemaps, Helmet, responsive design, favicon, and more.
New Features for Admins
Private admin page with monitoring capabilities.
Control over group status and the ability to edit from the admin panel.
PWA and Performance
PWA (Progressive Web App) support added.
Improvements in caching and file size optimizations.

It’s called Share-Accounts.com
The idea came to me when I wanted to subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion.
The individual plan costs €40 per year, but I realized that if you join a family account, it only comes out to €8.75. That’s almost five times cheaper!
So I googled around to find people to share the subscription with… and I did find a few platforms that help you connect with others. But there was a catch: all of them took a commission. That meant you weren’t actually saving as much as you could.
That’s when I asked myself:
Why not build a platform that helps people find other people who are also looking to save on their subscriptions, with no added fees?
So I decided to create it myself.
How does it work?
Super easy:
Got a subscription with extra spots? List it.
Want to join someone else's plan? Find a match and reach out.
The platform connects you both so you can talk and agree on the details.
Important: The site does not handle payments or passwords. Everything is discussed directly between users. We just help you find each other.
Why not just use Sharingful or similar sites?
Services like Sharingful are well-designed, but they charge a fee just for putting you in touch with others.
My goal was to create a completely free alternative, with no commissions, no hidden costs, no premium tiers.
Just a simple way to connect with others who want to share the same subscriptions as you, with 100% of the savings going into your pocket.
A personal, non-profit project
I built Share-Accounts as a personal side project to learn and experiment with some technologies I was interested in.
I don’t make money from it:
No ads
No fees
No shady upsells
That said, there are ways to support the project, both financially and technically:

I’ve also set up a small merch shop
You can contribute with suggestions, bug reports, or simply by spreading the word
Everything helps, and it's completely voluntary. I’d love for the site to become genuinely useful to people.
